Happy Labor Day

Not that today was anything special (I never work Mondays), but I had a wonderful time spending the day on Lincoln Road with my boyfriend. We had some delicious pizza, some cold drinks, and I got to go to American Apparel. I was SO proud of myself as I only spent $20 on this hot ass cropped tee. I really hope I'll get to move to Miami soon.

In other slightly related news, I won one of American Apparel's twitter contests and it should be another 2 weeks or so until I receive my winnings, a 10-item grab bag. Guuuuhhhh! I almost died when I found out I won. Now I play the waiting game. Hopefully this will hold me over for a few weeks with my shopping so I can save up some cash to buy this baby. I think it will serve as the centerpiece of my fall wardrobe this year. I hope it will go with black lipstick. :*

What are ya'll looking forward to wearing this fall?

These are a few of my favorite things

Just a few of my recent obsessions....

Bed Head's Superstar line for super thick hair (the sell it pretty much everywhere).

High waist jeans.

Studded shoes.

I love feathers and gold chains, so of course I fell in love with this necklace by Norwegian Wood

Denim shirts (a similar one can be found at top shop)

Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment. It works wonders. Srsly.

And lastly, I have been obsessed with making safety pin jewelry. I've finally perfected it to a science and have posted some new designs in my shop.

Sunglasses

Found some really cute, really inexpensive vintage sunglasses on Etsy.

This pair can be found at WhitebirdDesign's shop.

This pair of French vintage shades was listed by annemarieaustin.

This pair only looks expensive. You can find them at sickboyvintage's Etsy shop.

While they're not as inexpensive and you may not feel as 'authentic,' American Apparel also has some pretty incredible vintage-styled shades.

Evision Sunglass

Fontana Sunglass

Am Appy gives free shiping on Orders over $75 and you can get %15 off if you sign up or the mailing list. They also have a really good online sale right now.

That's it for now.
